Why should an organisation have a Cultural Understanding Program a part of their business?

It’s very important to acknowledge Cultural Awareness within the organisation as it encourages to identify the many diverse backgrounds working in the community. It also breaks down the Cultural barriers, strengthens relationships & having a greater understanding of Cultural appropriateness. And it ensures a safe working environment for all colleagues, clients and visitors.

I AIM is closing the gap between Indigenous and non-Iindigenous Australians and Strengthen the relationships for the employer and employees and bringing Cultural Awareness to Everyone in a safe work environment.
